RYAN A/K/A JAMES HENRY RYAN, JR. A/K/A JAMES H. LOT 17, BLOCK 1736, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 52, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 66A THROUGH 66F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
