LOT(S) 8 AND 9, BLOCK 2377, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 38, ACCORDING T0 THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 42A THROUGH 42H OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on September 9, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
