NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2013-CA-000720 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and G. Holmes, as Trustee, and Not Personally, Under the Provisions of a Trust Agreement Dated July 3, 2007, Known as the 5924 Family Trust, Geraldine M. Holmes a/k/a G. Holmes, The Unknown Beneficiaries of Trust Agreement dated July 3, 2007, known as the 5924 Family Trust, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15th of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, PINE BLUFF SQUARE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 120, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
