Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 10, 2015 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso clerk ad interim of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 54, UNIVERSITY PINES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 65 AND 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on September 10, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
