NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001031 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2007-FM1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FM1, is Plaintiff JAMES ALAN HUGHBANKS A/K/A JAMES A. HUGHBANKS, et al., are Defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 203, Briarwood, Unit 4, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 95 through 99, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
