NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2014-CA-004501, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2 is Plaintiff, and FRANK ESCOBAR A/K/A FRANK H. ESCOBAR; CHARI ESCOBAR A/K/A CHARI L. ESCOBAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK ESCOBAR A/K/A FRANK H. ESCOBAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARI ESCOBAR A/K/A CHARI L. ESCOBAR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, the Clerk Ad Interim of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 15th day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK H, WINDSOR PARK, FIRST UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 38 AND 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
