NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 2012CA004374 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005--2 is the Plaintiff and MARK A JACKSON; HILARIE H JACKSON ; AZALEA PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 11, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 OF AZALEA PARK NORTHWEST ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 24-30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
