NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2015, and entered in 41 2012CA005536AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS MASTR ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. HUXTABLE A/K/A MICHAEL JAMES HUXTABLE ; REGIONS BANK; REGAL OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, REGAL OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 89 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
