NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 41-2015-CA-001294 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CENTEX HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-D is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER G. HALL; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC F/K/A CENTEX HOME EQUITY COMPANY, LLC are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BECK ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
