NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 2015CA001949AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-8 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-8 is the Plaintiff and JAMES N. LOWE; CONNADALE LOWE; BRADEN CASTLE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 114, BRADEN CASTLE PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
