NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 2015CA000274AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and HARRY W. BULLOCK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARRY W. BULLOCK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; TWELVE OAKS I OF TARA ASSOCIATION, INC.; TWELVE OAKS OF TARA COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TARA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 1, PHASE 1, TWELVE OAKS I OF TARA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1429, PAGE 3579 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT
THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
