NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale Date dated August 13, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-CA-002860 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein VISTANNA VILLAS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and Lorna Morant is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 16th day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 67, OF VISTANNA VILLAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 9201 Aegean Circle, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
