That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 3098, Cinnamon Cove Villas 2 Condominium and the undivided percentage of interest or shares in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 1746, Page 66, and as amended, and subject to and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium for Cinnamon Cove Master Association as recorded in Official Record Book 1641, Page 1616, and as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
has been filed against you, ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR, AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS and you are required to serve a
