NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in REM dated May 12, 2015 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2015, both entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051252 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. Wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTER ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007- NCW, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and MARIA DEL CARMEN SARDINAS; TENANT #1 NKA RICHARD H. HOWELL; TENANT #2 NKA TIFFANY V. HOWELL, are the defendants. The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on December 14, 2015. The following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, 22 AND 23, BLOCK 5621, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 84, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
