TAMELA McGRIFF PARKER, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST TAMELA McGRIFF PARKER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMELA McGRIFF PARKER, IF ANY; IBERIABANK MORTGAGE COMPANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of August, 2015, and entered in case No. 11-CC-006181 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CALOOSA LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and TAMELA MCGRIFF PARKER, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAMELA MCGRIFF PARKER now known as LESTER PARKER, and IBERIABANK MORTGAGE COMPANY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 23, CALOOSA LAKES PHASE 1, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2006000358513, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
