Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 18 day of August, 2015, and entered in case No. 14-CA-002176 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and JOSHUA MOSS, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JOSHUA MOSS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA MOSS, and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 209, Building 3, THE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O. R. Book 1411, Pages 1262 through 1332, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
