NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2015 and Order granting Motion to Reset Sale dated August 13, 2015, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE AMERICAN HOMEOWNER PRESERVATION TRUST SERIES 2013C, is the Plaintiff, and RAMON GONZALEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMON GONZALEZ, FLORIDA GOVERNMENTAL UTILITY AUTHORITY, LEE COUNTY, and THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on SEPTEMBER 16, 2015, at 9:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statute, after having first given notice as required by Seciton 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
