NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012CA2881 WS/J2 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, GORMLEY, JOANNE T. , et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 10th day of September, 2015, the following described property:

THE WEST 15.00 FEET BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS. TOGETHER WITH A 15.00 FOOT EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ACROSS THE WEST 15.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 517.52 FEET OF SAID TRACT 508.
