NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001727-WS of the Circuit Court for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 14th day of September, 2015 by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. (ET), in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property described as:
Lot 19, Block K, HUDSON BEACH ESTATES UNIT 3, 9TH ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 134, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
