NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit “C”, Building 3083, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER FOUR, recorded in O.R. Records Book 588, Page 515, et seq. and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 7-11, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4424 Sunstate Dr., New Port Richey, Florida 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on September 24, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
