NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004013-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2005QA12 is the Plaintiff and Thomas C. Saxe A/K/A Thomas Saxe, Jr. Jr.; The Unknown Spouse of Thomas C. Saxe, Jr. a/k/a Thomas Saxe, Jr; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under , and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant #3; Unknown Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 5, FOXWOOD SUBDIVISION PHASE 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 96 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
