NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-014647 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-4 MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT W. PERMENTER; RACHELL L. PERMENTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHRINE VALINTINE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, SHANGRI LA II SUBDIVISION, PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
