NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 24, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-023530, DIVISION: M, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and DONALDO PADILLA; ENRIQUETA THOMPSON-PADILLA A/K/A ENRIQUETA TOMPSON-PADILLA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties on possession, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 15th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 17, CLAIR-MEL CITY UNIT NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
