NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 30, 2015 the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure nunc pro tunc dated July 27, 2015 and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on August 18, 2015, in Case Number 14-CA-006417 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 408 BUILDING A, ONE LAUREL PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3913, PAGE 1364, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATES IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT (THE “PROPERTY”).
TOGETHER WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AND THE SECURITY INTEREST IN THE RENTS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY.

TOGETHER WITH ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS, IMPROVEMENTS, AND FIXTURES AS PART OF THE PROPERTY; ALL EASEMENTS, RIGHTS OF WAY, AND APPURTENANCES, ALL WATER, WATER RIGHTS, WATERCOURSES AND DITCH RIGHTS (INCLUDING STOCK IN UTILITIES WITH DITCH OR IRRIGATION RIGHTS); AND ALL OTHER RIGHTS, ROYALTIES, AND PROFITS RELATING TO THE REAL PROPERTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL MINERALS, OIL, GAS, GEOTHERMAL AND SIMILAR MATTERS.
