NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-005658-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DEBORAH PROPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEBORAH PROPER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MAGALY TORRES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 27, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, FLORAL GARDENS - UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING: BEGIN AT THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 16 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 00°40'59” WEST, 94.02 FEET; THENCE 20.84 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE WHOSE RADIUS IS 45.0 FEET AND WHOSE CHORD IS NORTH 66°33'41” WEST, 20.66 FEET TO THE SW CORNER OF SAID LOT 16; THENCE NORTH 13°10'15” EAST ALONG WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 16, 88.11 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
