NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-007083 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOSEPH MCGINLEY, IRENE V. OBRIEN, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A COURTNEY LANGHOFF, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A MICHAEL VERHAGEN , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH MCGINLEY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, A REPLAT OF LOTS 1-37 INCLUSIVE OF BLOCK 1 AND LOTS 1-49 AND 52-58 INCLUSIVE OF BLOCK 2 OF GROVE PARK VISTA ANNEX ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
