NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-008078-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PELICAN BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM,BUILDING A is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN L. POTTENGER; JOHN L. POTTENGER, JR.; MARTY POTTENGER; ELIZABETH POTTENGER; WILLIAM POTTENGER; LYNN POTTENGER; CANDY POTTENGER; MARTHA POTTENGER; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of October, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel described as Unit Number 304 together with its appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of PELICAN BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM, BUILDING A, and related documents as recorded in O.R. Book 5383, Pages 1674 through 1727 and any other amendments thereto and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 62, Pages 52 through 61, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 5950 Pelican Bay Plz S, Unit 304, St. Petersburg, FL 33707
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
