NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015 and entered in CASE NO. 2012-CA-007362 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as trustee for the certificate holders of CWALT, Inc., alternative loan trust 2006-18CB mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2006-18CB is the Plaintiff and Anne Chavez AKA Anne D. Chavez; Steven Chavez; any and all unknown partied claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Bank of America, NA; Eastwood Shores Townhomes Association, Inc.; and Tenant are the Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com @ 10:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 1824, BUILDING NO. 800, TO THE EASTWOOD SHORES TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 69-74, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4895, PAGE 779 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
