NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-014772-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R c/o MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC is Plaintiff and KERRI K. COHRON; KERRI K. COHRON AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 18TH DAY OF JUNE 2004; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KERRI K. COHRON; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 18TH DAY OF JUNE, 2004; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; DAN'S POOL CARE; POOL CARE OF TAMPA BAY, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO SOUTHTRUST BANK; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 17 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, RUSTIC WOODS II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
