The minor child subject to this action was born on March 6, 2014 in Pinellas County, Florida. This action is filed in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, FL, Clerk of the Court, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on the Adoption Entity's attorney, whose name and address are: Maria T. Bates, Esq., 1299 Main Street Suite B, Dunedin, FL 34698 on or before 28 days after the first publication date, and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may results in a default judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
