NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-017009-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Sixbury a/k/a Kimberly R. Sixbury a/k/a Kimberly Renee Sixbury; Citibank (South Dakota), N.A.; Discover Bank; Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; Preferred Returns, LLC; The Unknown Spouse of Kimberly Sixbury a/k/a Kimberly R. Sixbury a/k/a Kimberly Renee Sixbury are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, AMBERLA UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
