NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, and entered in 11-005809-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GERALDINE H. BROWN A/K/A GERALDINE D. BROWN A/K/A GERALDINE BROWN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JACOB NIX; CONSTANCE NIX; MICHAEL JOSEPH BROWN, II; HEATHER BROWN-TRUMAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BROOKFIELD AT ESTANCIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 10, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
