NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13005481CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL THOMAS FINE; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL THOMAS FINE; WEXFORD WEST HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of September, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, WEXFORD LEASE-UNIT 6A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 6 AND 7; SAID LANDS SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
