NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005686-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and KIRA WESTRICH AND BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 12, ANN PARK HEIGHTS, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 100, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 4534 43rd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
