NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-012145-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for RAMP 2003-RS5 is the Plaintiff and Jeannie J. Bromley; Jeffrey G. Bromley; Regions Bank, as Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORDIA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
