UNIT 105K, BUILDING K, PHASE IV, BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, page 101, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5040, page 1272, and all its attachments and amendments, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on EMILY L. RAFFA, ESQ., of Lang & Raffa, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, [email protected], on or before the 21 day of Sept., 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
