NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-009962-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Stephen G. Webb; Unknown Spouse of Stephen G. Webb; if Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, NORTH VINA DEL MAR FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES 42 AND 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
