NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered August 17, 2015, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Apartment No. 6915, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium of VENDOME VILLAGE UNIT TEN, Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3841, Page 638, and any amendments thereto and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 43 and 44, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of September, 2015.
