NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-011153-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., PRIME MORTGAGE TRUST, CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1, is Plaintiff, and JOHN JOSEPH READE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit 8 together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions, and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of CAPRI LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 4988 Page 952 and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40 Pages 14 AND 15 and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH EXCLUSIVE USE OF BOAT SLIP #E (AKA #5).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
