NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-007546-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CHERYL L. DIMARINO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL L. DIMARINO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF LARGO, FLORIDA.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 22, IN BLOCK 4, OF LARGO CENTRAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
