NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-014588-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANTHONY C. SANTARSIERI; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49 OF FOURTH ADDITION TO SUNSET HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE(S) 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
