NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-005716-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ALLIANCE BANCORP TRUST 2007-OA1 is Plaintiff and MARY ANN ROBERTS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 15, ROOSEVELT GROVES SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 725 3rd Ave. NE, Largo, FL 33770
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
