That certain parcel consisting of Apartment No. 1500 as shown on Condominium plat of CLEARVIEW OAKS CONDOMINIUM PARADISE SECTION-UNIT ONE, Building Z28 a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 47 through 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed January 27, 1966, in Official Records Book 2428, Pages 326 through 345, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, Sept 21, 2015 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
