NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-008363-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Securitized Asset-Backed Receivables LLC 2005-FR2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-FR2 is the Plaintiff and Douglas E. Fox; Joy Fox a/k/a Joyce McRae Fox; Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, ROY L. GUY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 42, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
