The Final Accounting and Petition for Discharge of the Guardianship of Charlotte Mostert, File #13-4992-GD4, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756. The names and address of the Guardian and the Guardian's attorney are set forth below.
Any persons having objections to the Final Accounting and Petition for Discharge must file their objections with this Court within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice and serve a copy thereof on Petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, and on other interested persons. Any objections must be in writing and must state with particularity the item or items to which the objections are directed and must state the grounds on which the objections are based. After the filing of an objection, a Notice of Hearing shall be served within 90 days or the objection is abandoned. Unless objections are so filed, an Order may be entered in due course upon the Petition.
