NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015 which was thereafter assigned by Florida Capital Bank, N.A. to DYC Real Estate, LLC on March 3,2015; and Order resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 11, 2015 and entered in Case No. 14-001649-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas, Florida, wherein Florida Capital Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff, and Gregory W. Hodinger, Unknown Person(s) in Possession, and any Heirs and Devisees of the Estate of William and Hellen Hodinger are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com At 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43 AND THE WEST ½ OF LOT 44, TURF AND SURF ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Profits relating to the real property described above, including without limitation all minerals, oil gas, geothermal and similar matters as well as all right, title and interest in and to all present and future leases of said real property and rents for said real property.
