NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-022826-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and MAURINCE PIERRE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 715 of EAST ORLANDO SECTION SEVEN, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 73 and 74 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
