NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000421 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Phillip Sappington are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 1, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

THE EAST 170.0 FEET, OF THE WEST 495.0 FEET, OF THE NORTH 282.0 FEET, OF THE SOUTH 297.0 FEET OF THE SW 1/4, OF THE SW 1/4, OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 15.0 FEET.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1989, MAKE: CARRIE-CRAFT DIVISION, VIN#: FLFLK70A17154CH AND VIN#: FLFLK70B17154CH, WHICH IS AFFIXED THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
