NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-000522-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Bette Ann Rojas, as an Heir of the Estate of Hugo Orlando Rojas aka Hugo O Rojas, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Hugo Orlando Rojas aka Hugo O Rojas, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 21st of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
