GILBREATH A/K/A JENNIFER R. GILBREATH-TRIPLET; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 21st day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 25 FEET NORTH 878 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST AND RUN THENCE EAST 80 FEET, THENCE NORTH 150 FEET, THENCE WEST 80 FEET AND SOUTH 150 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
